League Entry is $75.00 US currency, and since 100% of that is paid out, this is completely legal in New York.

All money collected as a part of the transaction fees is used to pay for some of the end of the season meeting at Tully’s.

WIN WILDCARD GAME: $30
FINISH 1st IN DIVISION: $100
LOSE A WILDCARD GAME: $10
HIGH SCORE EACH WEEK: $5

Thus, the Fantasy bowl winner can’t possibly make less than $355, not all that bad.
